Occupational Limited License (OLL)

An occupational driver’s license gives individuals who have had their license revoked the ability to drive to and from work and school in Pennsylvania. There are specific criteria that the individual must meet in order to get an occupational driver’s license. Also, this option is not available for drivers of commercial vehicles. We will help determine what you are eligible for and we will work to help you get your license reinstated as quickly as possible.

Probationary Driver’s License

A probationary driver’s license allows you to drive within a certain timeframe during the day, giving you the opportunity to get to work, get your kids from school, and go to and from local stores to obtain the items you need for your basic needs. This is basically a daytime license. In some instances, the probationary driver’s license can be granted for later hours.

Nunc Pro Tunc Appeal

This is a tool that is used by lawyers to file an untimely appeal for summary traffic violations. Not all cases qualify for this relief, but many do. Our lawyers use this tool to help drivers reinstate their vehicle operator privileges. In other words, we reopen your old cases to shorten your overall term suspension.
